Venue: Amphitheatre at Bristol Harbour
Redemption: Show the QR code on your order at the box office to collect your 25 physical tokens. Your QR code can only be redeemed once, so please keep it safe until you arrive.
Tokens: Each token is worth one ride credit. Tokens are non-refundable. Additional tokens can be purchased on the day at £1 each.
Rides: Tokens can be used on the rides at Bristol on Ice, including the 65 metre Star Flyer. The number of tokens per ride may vary by ride.
Validity: Tokens are valid throughout Bristol on Ice, from 28th November to 27th December.
Height and Age Restrictions: Some rides may have height or age restrictions for safety. Please check individual rides on the day.
Alcohol Policy: The event operates under the Challenge 25 policy. Valid ID is required for alcohol purchases. No ID, no service. Purchasing alcohol for underage attendees is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the venue without refund.
Security & Safety: Bag checks and metal detector screenings will be conducted upon entry for public safety.

Tokens are £1 each on the day. Pre-book a bundle of 25 online for £20, so five tokens are on us.
How do I redeem my tokens?
After buying you'll get a QR code. Show it at the box office and we'll swap it for your 25 physical tokens.

Can I buy more tokens on the day?
Yes, tokens are available to buy on site at £1 each.
