Terms & Conditions:
Venue: Amphitheatre at Bristol Harbour
Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative day priced the same as your original ticket. If wishing to change to a different date, the ticket price difference must be paid.
Skate Aids: Skate aids will be available to hire for £5.
Lockers: Lockers are available and charged per locker.
Clothing: We recommend wearing thick socks and going up a size with ice skates. Shoes are left at owners risk.
Age Restrictions: Children under five are not permitted on the ice.
Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Alcohol Policy: The event operates under the Challenge 25 policy. Valid ID is required for alcohol purchases. No ID, no service. Purchasing alcohol for underage attendees is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the venue without refund.
Security & Safety: Bag checks and metal detector screenings will be conducted upon entry for public safety.

Bristol on Ice opens on Saturday, November 28th and runs until Sunday, December 27th 2026.
Bristol on Ice will be closed on Monday, November 30th and Christmas Day.
Bristol on Ice will be open from 12pm until 10pm, with ice skating sessions taking place throughout the day. The final skating session will run from 9pm until 10pm.
Standard ice skating tickets are:
• Adults aged 17+ – £14.95
• Children aged 5–17 – £12.95
• Family ticket (two adults and two children) – £49.95
• Skate aids – £5
No. For safety reasons, children under five are not permitted on the ice.
Ice skating sessions take place hourly throughout the day, with the final session running from 9pm until 10pm.
The ice rink has capacity for up to 120 pre-booked skaters per session.
Advance booking is recommended if you want to secure a particular date and time, particularly for popular weekend and evening sessions.
Bristol on Ice will also be releasing tickets in stages, with the first release available during September and October and 20% off standard ticket prices when you book before the end of October.
Walk-ins will also be welcome, subject to availability
Yes. Bristol on Ice is being created for visitors of all ages, with ice skating, rides, food, drinks and entertainment throughout the event.
A family ice skating ticket for two adults and two children costs £49.95, and skate aids will also be available to hire for £5.
